Well if you haven't heard our family is trying to buy the house next door to us. No not the castle/del taco one. It is a really nice stucco one on a 1/3 acre lot and it is 1989 sq. ft. 3 bedroom with an office/bedroom so really 4 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath. We are really excited and trying not to count the chickens before they hatch. Meaning we have all the pre-limenary approvals but still in the long process of signing and under-writing. Here are some pics of the inside and I will put some outside pics on later but the house isn't finished yet and there are alot of touch-ups. The first pic is of the master bath and walk-in shower (sweet)

Anyway we are very excitied about this step in our lives.
Oh and by the way we bought Tasia some swim suits and thought you guys would like this picture. Ryland just loves to be like his big sister. We love everyone and pray for your happiness. Love lots from Jeff, Terra, Tasia, Ryland(Steven), and Dandin(Jeffrey)
